By using the Motor Parts Marketplace website, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update them at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Motor Parts Marketplace is an independent auto parts supplier and dropshipper of auto parts, performance parts, and accessories. We do not manufacture parts. Most orders are fulfilled directly through third-party supplier warehouses. We are not a repair shop, service center, or installation facility and we do not operate a physical storefront.
Prices are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate pricing and availability information, but errors can occur. If a pricing or availability issue affects your order, we will contact you before processing payment. We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by errors in pricing or product information.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel any order for reasons including part unavailability, pricing errors, or inability to confirm your order details. If your order is canceled, you will be notified promptly and any payment will be refunded in full.
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days from supplier warehouses. Delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days depending on your location and the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Shipping costs will be communicated prior to payment.
We accept returns on most new, unopened parts within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the part must be in its original, uninstalled condition with all original packaging. Parts that have been installed, used, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned.

We will clearly communicate any non-returnable restrictions before you place your order. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong part sent, item arrived damaged). Contact us before sending any return so we can provide instructions.
You are responsible for verifying that any part is compatible with your specific vehicle before ordering and installing it. We can assist with fitment questions, but compatibility is ultimately the buyer's responsibility. See our Disclaimer for more information.
Motor Parts Marketplace is not liable for vehicle damage, personal injury, or other losses resulting from the use, misuse, or improper installation of parts purchased through us. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the part in question. We make no warranties beyond those provided by the original manufacturer of the part.
